Vladimir Shapovalov took part in a State Duma session about state-private partnerships

«State-private partnerships have recently become a legally developed form of attracting investment into all branches of Russian economy. The participation of the state or private investors in various projects demonstrates the extensive increase in economic activity. There is a number of successful projects in Ryazan region, realized with the help of private investors and actively supported by the state. Thus, the Corporation of Development is ready to share its experience with colleagues at both regional and federal level», says Shapovalov.
State-private partnership is a whole of different medium- and long-term forms of interaction between the state and enterprises. It deals with socially important issues at mutually beneficial conditions. Such experience allows Ryazan region to take part in drawing up the legal framework aimed at developing favourable and mutually beneficial relations between the state and businesses.
