Private capital is planned to invest in social protection facilities in the Ryazan region.

Corresponding agreements were signed during the second Forum of Social Innovations of the Regions organized by Federation Council, Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation and Agency for Strategic Initiatives.

According to Nikolay Lubimov, the head of the Ryazan Region, first of all, it is necessary to intensify work with investors to make the region one of the territories with a really high level of social well-being of citizens. an Agreement on cooperation between the Ryazan region and SENIOR GROUP PM, a Russian company engaged in the creation and maintenance of nursing homes, was signed during the Forum. The document envisages attraction of private capital to creation of social protection facilities, introduction of modern technologies and techniques to work, which will improve quality of social services.

In addition, the Agreement was signed between the Ryazan Region and the Association of Public-Private Partnership Participants "PPP Development Center". In accordance with the document, development of PPP mechanisms, development of measures to stimulate and support private investors planning to implement projects based on public-private partnership in the priority sectors for the region are envisaged.
